PES 2012 Ultimate Patch Version 0.4 New Features:

Correct team names for English, French, German, Italian, Spanish,Portuguese, Dutch, Brazilian and Turkish languages
Updated Bundesliga with correct players and stats (no faces)
Added Apoel FC and Bate Borisov (no stats and faces)
Added Npower Championship (no players)
Updated kit collars, names and numbers (size and position)
Corrected all stadiums names (Juventus Stadium, Emirates Stadium…)
Correct map positions for al teams
Added England map for Npower Championship league
Added Adboard Selector
Added Ligue 1 Scoreboard

You don’t need to install previews version.

PES 2012 Ultimate Patch Version 0.4 Installation:
1 – Install DLC 1.00 (Launch the game => Extra Content => Download) if you didn’t do it yet
2 – Extract patch archive with all folders, files, “Interop.IWshRuntimeLibrary.dll” and Installer.exe in the same folder
3 – Run “Installer.exe”
4 – Select your PES 2012 installation folder
5 – Install
6 – Play the game from “PES 2012 – Ultimate Patch” from your desktop
